General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) aim to define the terms of sale between Corner Pharma Distribution SARL, located at Tanger, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 587403, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site MarocPharma.com.

Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the site at the time of consultation. The company reserves the right to modify the product offering at any time.

Article 3: Prices
Our product prices are indicated in Dirhams, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Article 4: Order
The customer must follow the online purchase procedure by selecting products and validating the order. Order validation constitutes acceptance of product prices and descriptions.

Article 5: Payment
Payment can be made by cash on delivery, with the order being sent immediately. If payment is by bank transfer, the order will be processed after receipt of payment.

Article 6: Delivery

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the package to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the reason. However, this is only possible with an unopened product, in its original packaging in perfect condition.

Products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with current legislation.

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, the competent court will be the Tanger Court.
